Return Policy for U.S. and Canada

Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item under the following conditions:

Returns Due to Our Error

If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item, wrong item shipped, wrong size, etc.), we accept returns and will also pay the return shipping costs.

Returns Due to Customer's Error

If the return is due to the customer's error (e.g., non-defective item, ordered wrong item, ordered wrong size, etc.), we require a 25% restocking fee. The customer is also responsible for all shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that desiccant bags are not returnable.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team via email at or call (937) 376-2927 to initiate the return process.
  2. Once your return is approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Mail the return package to our return address.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund of the product to your original method of payment.
